ALBERT'S FLOWERS & GREENHOUSES

I have known Albert since 1966 when I first worked for him as a delivery boy. Even though I have long since left the area (and that job!) I have continued to rely on him to provide my parents with flowers every year on the occasion of their anniversary. There is simply no one else with whom I would trust this important task.The flowers are always fresh, beautiful and magnificent and are always delivered on time. Perhaps most important, Albert has continued to help me maintain the ruse with my parents that I am a man of great taste and class!

Flowers were delivered on time, given the short notice on my part.  I was happy with the service provided.

A stranger with the same first name received my Fiance's flowers for valentines day. I was having them delivered to her work since she works 13 hour days. I put the proper name of the pharmacy, the address of the pharmacy, and put a note on there stating she was the and quot;pharmacist at the back.and quot; The address is 100% correct and how do you miss a large chain pharmacy?
The day ends and I talk to her and I asked her if she liked her flowers. She said she never received them. I call Albert's the next day and they call me back and say they delivered them to the Dollar General not even at the same address or near the same address! Dollar General is down the road at a different address than what was on my order. Albert's even read the address back to me and I said yes, that is the delivery address for her pharmacy.
Albert's said that on the delivery address the name of the company isn't listed on their delivery form. I find that weird since when you deliver to a business, you typically need the business name. I then asked, and quot;was it obvious that dollar general doesn't have a and quot;pharmacist at the backand quot; like my instructions said?and quot; They also didn't verify the recipients FULL name obviously. That was followed by we will refund your money.
The last names don't match.
The address doesn't match.
The business name doesn't match.
It isn't about the money...I'll use a different florist next year. Luckily my Fiance said and quot;it's the thought that counts.and quot; :-)

Website is easy to navigate---I was very pleased with the promptness of service.

Albert's did an excellent job everything turned out beautiful and the flowers were very fresh. They were delivered to the church on time. I was very impressed with how everything turned out.
