Kale was outstanding! He showed up on time and explained everything he found. He did a very thorough inspection and we got the results that night. It was a bonus that they have a military affiliation and offered a military discount to this retired Army veteran. Even without a discount, the price was fair and I was able to get the inspection knocked out just a couple days after I called. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else!

Kelsey was AMAZING! I am a first time home buyer/owner and this was a new experience for me. He was professional and explained everything, had TONS of photos to show EVERYTHING (the good and the bad). He provided recommendations and what I should look for when hiring specific professionals to fix the issues. He answered my long list of questions that I had and was patient and ensured I understood. He was very thorough and inspected every inch of the home. He was super nice and communicated every step of the process from the beginning. Iâ ve heard that inspection reports normally take a few days to receive but I received my report within hours after he completed the inspection! I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend him (and I have already recommended him to a few people) and when I purchase new homes I will be using his services again!

Kelsey did an excellent job for us. He was responsive and thorough. I selected him from a number of options based on his customer service, work samples and the fact that he seemed genuinely eager to inspect our historic home. I had no idea of the true caliber of expertise and experience we were getting when we hired this esteemed veteran. I had high expectations and he overdelivered. I've bought houses across the country and never encountered a more capable inspector.

I have used this team on 2 different potential investment properties and could not be more happy with my experience. The inspection reports are thorough, the communication is wonderful â the phone call detailing my report was simply masterful regarding a 100 year old duplex and the challenges it presented. They truly do give piece of mind and I feel like I am in good hands. While being thousands of miles away the reports Alabama Home InspeXions provided me made me feel I visited the property in person. One of the most through and complete Home Inspections I have had completed. Definitely assisted the home purchase decision, but also gave a nice "punch list" (contractor term) of big and small issues that should be addressed. I have had numerous new homes built ground up and have done many more "fixer-uppers" and the knowledge and expertise of my Alabama Home InspeXions inspector, Kelsey S., was very evident in my Guntersville home inspection. I would highly reccomend to friends and family!!
