Easy appointment scheduling, prompt arrival of technician, and thorough maintenance check of my HVAC system. Also, annual service contract is reasonably priced.

It came apart and was told I needed parts that were not bad. Over charged and would not call me back. I called 3 times with the promise of being called back and never was. Contacted the BBB and Aireserv would not answer them either. I had a problem with my blower fan. It was vibrating badly. I called Aireserv and the people were very nice and a service man came quickly. I was told my blower motor was bad and I needed a new one. I said ok. The cost was $626.91. He got a motor the next day and put it in. Then he called me and told there was more problems than the motor. I needed the fan that went on the motor because it was warped, the casing it was in was bad and needed to be replaced and something else I don't remember. That with the motor would be $1562 and that it would take up to 2 weeks to get the parts because you had to use the specific parts for that AC unit. I didn't have much of a choice and said ok. Well the motor was put in and it ran just as bad as ever. Within 4 hours it flew apart. I texted the service man but no answer. It was the hottest weekend of the year so I called someone else. The other company came out on Saturday and told me all it needed was the fan blades. I would have to wait till Monday. I asked, doesn't it have to be for this specific AC unit? No, they said. What about all those other parts that the other AC man said I needed. Everything else is fine they said. So instead of having to pay $935.09 I was charged $180. I would have been ripped off by Aireserv $755.09. Now I'm wondering how much I lost with the blower motor. I did not get an itemized bill. No how much the motor cost, no labor cost and no tax amount. Something is fishy. I have called 2 times and asked to talk to the manager and was told he would call me back, he did not. The 3rd time I finally talked to the manager and he said he would check it out but never called back. I have been ripped off and I hope no one else gets screwed buy this company, Aireserv of Huntsville.
