First, Lisa was very kind and understanding when she answered the phone.  She said Ken was on a job and that she would have him call me back.  Other providers had told me I would have to wait over a week to get my AC repaired.  I have 4 rescued animals in my home and didn't want them to suffer.  Ken said he was an animal lover too and that if I was willing to pay $50 extra for him to come after normal business hours he would be out that evening.  Of course I was willing.  He was very professional and did an excellent job.  He cleaned up afterwards and brought the wet towels down that I had placed around the unit.  I started to take them from him and he insisted on placing them in my washing machine himself so I wouldn't have to get my hands dirty.  AC has been working great ever since.  Do not hesitate to use this company.  I am a very satisfied and happy customer.  As are my 4 rescued fur-babies!
