AVOID- company is willing to lie to your face for money. It happened to me. I am a somewhat skilled handyman and our side by side fridge quit working. I tested our compressor, compressor tested good. Next most likely culprit appeared to be the start run relay. I went there to get the part and was given a part that looked completely different from the original. The guy said well the part # on the box matches so it must be right. Got it home, what do you know, failed to work. Went back to the store, was greeted by a different very pretentious man. He claimed, oh it doesn't matter that the part number on the actual part is different from what's on the box OR that it looks completely different because "they redesign these things all the time. Your compressor is probably toast" I said even if it tested good which he was quick to fire back YES. I went home found the correct part on Amazon in about 2 Mins ordered received put In and my fridge has run like new since. Thanks, but I'll take my business and money elsewhere. They're sketchy AT BEST.

This company is horrible. I got stuck with the installation charges. To this day, I don't have a central unit. I am still trying to solve this matter.
