My sister had the opportunity to purchase a home and was referred to John Tate to handle Mortgage paperwork. My sister was aprehensive but John Tate took time to explain everything in depth to both of us on each visit. I also was looking into buying a home thru the owner and was given information free of charge to help me understand some of the process on that situation. Due to paperwork problems there was a delay on home closing but not on John Tate's part and he continued to be positive and informative as he could. At the end due to his dilligence her interest rate was lower than expected, which was welcomed. We came away with the feeling that he was genuine and honest and truly cared about the situation.
