True Color Painting LLC

True Color was hired to do almost all of the interior of my home. I was quoted 5 days, a full crew, and two coats of paint. None of this happened. At day 16, I asked for an absolute deadline, they told me Thursday morning (it was saturday at the time). Wednesday night I go and practically no work had been done. In all of that time, only one coat of paint was put everywhere, the cabinets done with the wrong type of paint (it chipped if you used your fingernail on it), and partially done walls. The trim was not to be touched- as the trim was already beautiful. They ruined ALL my trim. I have to get it all re-done. All of the work they provided was terrible. My wood floors and trim was all ruined. I have had to pay new people extra to clean up their mess- including wood floors professionally cleaned and trim completely repainted (that isnt cheap!!) They also have to completely redo all of True Color's work. True colors did not even sand any blemeshes in the walls, just painted over them and left drip marks ALL over the wall- Yes they attempted to pass this off as finished. Each person I had come to quote the job, after True Color was fired, asked who did the job prior and if they had any experience whatsoever. They were all appaled at the job done by True Color. Furthermore, I was promised a full proressional crew- this did not happen. After painting started we found out that the people doing the painting were friends of the owners. They wanted to utilize this painting time to catch up together as they had a bachelor party or wedding coming up later that week. That is FAR from a professional team. A week or so after that, I came by the house and there were different people painting- come to find out one of the individuals is not a painter but the Principle of a school one of the owner's works at. Is that the professionalism promised?

The work went great. Customer service was superb. They were on time and did the job in a timely and clean manner.

Everybody was professional and courteous. All work was performed on schedule and with no surprises!

Fantastic work the company helped me pick out a much better color and I’m so glad they shoed me the difference in what I was looking for. Also the team did a fantastic clean up job the property looks amazing 10/10 work guys thank you so much!!

It was perfectly done. They were professional and didn't leave a mess. I would recommend them. It was a reasonable price. They were extremely nice to work with and helpful.
