We hired this company in October, 2016. In January, 2017, after many phone calls and complaints, the company took down the damages awning. As of February, 2017, the job has not been completed. The company will not answer our telephone calls.

It was ordered in Feb 2015 and completed Oct 2015 after much heartache and many tries at getting awning completed. It appears to be fine but still holding out until heavy rains to insure no longer holding Water.

Terrible experience, greatly overcharged. Owner goes by geograpical location, would NEVER recommend owner but workman nice. Stay away from Antiques Awnings! Live in sub-division where he probably will not be allowed to return...Does not return phone calls

I ordered an awning in July, it came in and was damaged. He said he would reorder and I have not heard from the owner since. I have called numerous times with no response and he has not returned my money. A very nice man but I am disappointed in their service and follow up. May have to take legal action to get money back.
