Sept 3 Tim and Painting crew arrive to start moving furniture [ we had previously moved breakable items]
Sept 4-7 Work progressed so that 4 bedrooms and two baths were finished in the first week.
Sept 10-14 Work progress in Living room, family tv area, kitchen, and utility areas. All painting, new molding and hardware was complete.

Tim gave me a quote for a new roof. We discussed 30 year shigel's vs metal. He look around the neighborhood and recommended that I stay with the same style of roof that is now on the house.. I had the insurance report in hand [from two weeks before] and gave three other roofers an opportunity to quote. Tim was the lowest for the 30 year standard roof. We decided to put the roof over the other shingle as the roof was in good shape with no nails coming back up. I was at the house during the entire process and watched as the work was completed. Because the original construction of the house was very solid, no repairs were necessary 1. We added a ridge vent to the roof line. but left the two power vents in place [new motors were installed last year] I was very pleased with the work and professional work
