Unlock it For Me

the deal wasn't exactly as advertised but was still very reasonable and I was happy with the work.

The service provider called and scheduled the time to do the work and arrived as planned.  The work I requested apparently exceeded the limits of the offer that I purchased from Angie's List.  We negotiated a new rate.  He went back to his shop for more supplies and returned within a reasonable time frame.  He installed the new lock sets (5 sets) and let me test them for function and fit.  One had to have minor adjustments.  After the service provider left, I noticed that one screw was missing/not installed.

"His customer service was excellent. He arrived early and completed the job; and, he took the time to explain the re-keying process to me. The provider was very professional and in the event that his services are needed again, I will not hesitate to call to purchase his services". The giftee was very satisfied with the provider's service performance.

Provider did a good job, but the price was twice the Angie's list deal.  Provider explained that it was an error on Angie's list's part.  Price was still pretty fair.

I bought the deal to get 4 locks re-keyed, but then ended up having a little more work that needed to be done as well. The work he did was very good, bur was a little dissapointed he didn't show up or call me on the day he was going to be here. Said he was stuck at the DMV and didn't have my number.

They are the best service I've EVER used. Hands down I will call them again!!! I called my insurance company who originally set me up with pop-a-lock and was told it'd be 40mins. An hour and a half later I was in tears because, when I called them, I was told they had closed my ticket since they didn't know where to go (????) and hadn't called to let me know that they weren't coming- so they left me , a 5'0 23 yr old woman, in the cold beside my car. My insurance called Unlock it for Me when I told them what happened, and this provider was there in about 20 mins and knew EXACTLY where to go!! They didn't abandon me, they were much quicker and were sooooo amazing. I will refer them to anyone who ever needs getting back into their car, very fast, know where to go, knows what to do, and friendly on top of it all. 

He was fairly priced. He arrived and did the work as promised.

He was very polite and prompt. He unlocked the car door with no harm to the car. He said that they also change tires and deliver fuel . We will most definitely call again if we need to.

I will definitely use this company again. Professional, prompt and very reasonable prices!!!
