The crew works hard and is easy to work with. It helps to know some Spanish as many of them have only partial English skills, but between them all, communication is fine. They work well and fix quickly whatever hasn't quite turned out right. I have probably used Servando's crew for about 20 different projects at my old house, my new house and my rental house.
Description of Work: Servando Tellez-Belman, the owner of Sweet Eage Construction (formerly Eagle Painting) is a neighbor who has done a lot of work for me over the years in 3 different houses. He is always fair and easy to work with. He has completed all of the various jobs I have had him do in excellent time frame, whether it's plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tile/grout, dry wall, painting, chimney mortar, cutting down trees, carpet installation, roof repair, cleaning rain gutters, staining and installing new doors, building shelves, etc. He has a crew that can do it all and he knows which are the talents of his crew, so he brings different guys on different day depending on the required work.
