 + 0 moreWe go to Sam's Club for tires. They will give you a lifetime rotating for the tires so we took it in to get the tires back in line. You have to wait a little on the service but its free.
Description of Work: They do our tires and installing for us.

 + -1 moreTheir employees strike me as having no interest in making the customer happy; they are slow, mope around checking their watches and smartphones regularly, dress sloppy, etc... The store has a dark dingy look compared to most retail stores... there are other choices that are more satisfying.
Description of Work: Refused to accept a return saying my receipt wasn't for the product being returned.

 + -1 moreThe (free) balance/rotate tire option is apart of a tire package price, however members can also opt to purchase this option per service. The cost is $9.00 per balance/rotation. Customers may shop while they wait and service is always timely and the work is alway profession.
