We go to Sam's Club for tires. They will give you a lifetime rotating for the tires so we took it in to get the tires back in line. You have to wait a little on the service but its free.

Their employees strike me as having no interest in making the customer happy; they are slow, mope around

The (free) balance/rotate tire option is apart of a tire package price, however members can also opt to purchase this option per service. The cost is $9.00 per balance/rotation.
Customers may shop while they wait and service is always timely and the work is alway profession.

They've been fine and I have had no problems. The people and the substitutes have been lovely. There are no billing problems. Sam's environment is acceptable; it's nothing fancy. They earn their A and I am grateful.

They were able to save me a couple hundred dollars and the tires were still the best. I have always had great service there.
