Parker's Plumbing & Gas

I will never use another plumber. Parker Plumbing gave me incredible service today. My water heater died this afternoon, and I was having a large group for dinner. Ben Parker and his assistant worked into the evening replacing my water heater so that I would have hot water to wash my dishes. Their workmanship is excellent, and I could not ask for greater responsiveness.

After the inspector of Vestavia showed out some not-by-code plumbing job, the Parker was called to fix it. They worked fast and on time

Parker worked on the same faucet a year earlier for a dripping problem. After checking to make sure the incoming water pressure was okay, the guy from Parker replaced the washer and fixed the drip. Then he called the office and came back and told me there was no charge because they had worked on that sink faucet the previous year.
Now, I don't know if that is going to be everyone's experience with Parker's Plumbing and Gas, but I do know — I will never use anyone but them for any and all future plumbing needs.
What a pleasure it is to do business with a company who has the highest integrity. This is the ONLY plumbing company to use!

The work went well. Two men arrived on time. It took the two men to lift the old water heater down through a pull-down ladder and pull the new one back up the same ladder. The work was in a hot cramped space. The work was completed on time and all works perfectly.

Job was performed professionally and have not had any problems. Pleasant, courteous young man who explains things and shows the evidence to you. Well pleased with the job.

Very well. Was prompt, neat, professional and very competent. Plumber and helper spent over two hours replacing about $90.00 worth of parts. Was well worth the cost and I will definately call them again.

Our shower was clogged up. It would not drain for anyone else to use it. We got real fast service, the plumber came right out. He had the job done in less than an hour. We have not had it clog up again. I think he got it completely clear.

I do not know what I had paid but, they really went beyond what was needed. There was a leak coming from a Jacuzzi tub. He had it fixed in about an hour. He worked on the drain pipes. He also asked if there were any other leaks and inspected all the washers on the faucets. He showed me how easy it is to change a washer out. I really appreciated being shown that. Allot of women do not realize they can fix stuff on their own.
