Oswaldo is courteous, prompt, professional. Communication was frequent and timely. The estimate was the end price and the price was lower than I expected. The work was completed on time and was exceptional. The clean up was fantastic - very thorough. I can't recommend Oswaldo Sailer highly enough (he was recommended to me). If you need roof work be sure to give him a chance at the project.
Description of Work: Stripped the old roof, repaired damaged spots, installed new roof. Replaced old vents with ridge vent. Rebuilt decking over sunroom.

Repaired water damaged ceilings and painted interior bathrooms, doors and walls. Two painters were very polite, professional and their work was very good. Exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend. NOTE -- Last year Oswaldo Construction repaired our roof and their work was equally as good. No problems so far!!!

He is great he does a really good job. He does actually what he tells you he will and if for some reason he has to adjust the price he will tell you before he starts the job. The work is excellent and you will be satisfied with the quality of work he does. I am really happy with the work he has done for us so far. We will be using him again in the future.
Description of Work: We hired Oswaldo Construction Services to replace our roof a few years ago. And we are planning to use them to paint in a few weeks.
