Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair

A water main broke in our apartment complex hired this company to fix the issue. They left us without water for more than 24 hours. When residents called to find out what was going on, they got hung up on and no response from this company. -5 Stars, Highly Unlikely to recommend.

"We apologize but you must have us confused with another company. This is not our customer. 1. We do not work in Cordova. 2. We never hang up on anyone. 3. We haven't done work on an apartment complex where the water was turned off. We have requested this review be taken down."

Mr Drippy did a great job for us recently. Our water heater went bad on us just the other day. We called several plumbing companies and Mr Drippy gave us the best price and was able to get to it the same day. Kevin, the sales representative, worked with me on the price and we got a great deal. TJ, the installer/ plumber did a fantastic job. He arrived earlier than expected and got straight to work. He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain to me what he was doing and showing me as well. He worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks for getting the job done 👍
