Parts in order to reinstall the lock. He seemed nervous and frustrated. This should have been easy for a pro-fessional. In the end I gave him a regular extra lock which I had which he did install. I was very disappointed.
He was not professional in appearance or his work. I did not receive a receipt either.
"THE MEMBERS SON HAD TAKEN LOCK APART BEFORE WE GOT THERE AND MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO REPAIR. WE OFFERED MEMBER A NEW LOCK BUT SHE DIDNT WANT TO PAY THE EXTRA CHARGES. THE REST OF MEMBERS REVIEW WAS NOT TRUE. WE HAVE AN " A " RATING ACROSS THE BOARD. MEMBER ALSO LEFT OUT THE HEFTY DISCOUNT WE GAVE HER TO HELP THE SITUATION."
