Bo provided high quality work during the replacement of an aging water heater and several water line valves. He gave his professional opinion regarding issues where options existed and I needed more background information. He was on time and would contact me ahead of time if there was a potential delay. I do not typically recommend vendors to people, however, Bo is the exception. Bo did a great job and I recommend him for plumbing needs.

Bo is the best vendor Iâ ve hired since moving to Bham 8 yrs ago. Professional, responsive, fastâ he bid the job and made the repair (a busted pressure reducer tank) same day, He had to uncover a valve that was dry walled over, cleaned up the dust and installed a cover. He is an honest trustworthy highly skilled plumber who will save you money and do the job right!

Bo is the consummate professional. I called him for a second opinion. He offered to give me one knowing I would probably use someone else. He came to my home, looked at the problem and said, “I can fix this right now if you’d like.” I told him to go ahead. Rather than spending $3800 for a new tankless water heater, Bo fixed the problem for less than $400. He’s my plumber for life!!! Next time you need a plumber, call Bo and see what I mean.

Bo was friendly and professional. He came out within 24 hrs and did not charge a fee. He listened to my honey-do list of problems, then inspected the problem areas, gave me an estimate and, once approved, went right to work. He kept me in the loop on material costs and updated me on his progress. Iâ m working from home and spend most of the day on conference calls, and he waited patiently for me to be able to step away whenever he needed to speak with me. On top of that, he worked quickly and efficiently. And the price! Bo was actually fixing something that I had already previously paid an astronomical amount to a big name plumbing company to fix. I was expecting another ridiculously high estimate but was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was. I still have a few items left on that honey-do list and canâ t imagine using anyone else other than Boâ s Plumbing. I highly recommend this company. My only problem is that I wish I could give them 10 stars!
