We were told it may take 2 to 2 1/2 days to install 5 rooms of flooring, however at the end of day one, we came home from work and they were packing up saying they were done. We paid in full, then within 10 minutes of them leaving, I found six items not finished or in need of repair. Things like not being able to close the bathroom door, nails sticking up 1/2" in the transition piece, quarter round not attached, just sitting against a wall, the toilet rattling because it wasn't caulked, etc. The manager has given us the run around for SIX WEEKS now, and still nothing has been done. This experience has taken away from the fact that we love the floors and are pleased with the workmanship. But I will have to pay someone to fix these things and I just feel I was robbed.
