We ordered cabinets and a slider drawer where the inside of the drawer slides back and you still have to bottom part of the drawer to use. We never got that drawer. I've called several times and still no drawer.
The crown molding came undone from the ceiling and was just hanging. It was dangerous. I called them several times and he told me he would be there the next Wednesday. He never showed up so I called again. He rescheduled for the next Thursday and he showed up. He reattached the crown molding.
The owner measured the drawer again to make the insert and measured another cabinet that needed another shelf. That was over six weeks ago. We never heard from him again.
The guy is really polite and a nice guy, but the service and professionalism is just not there.
