Bobby Cross was recommended to me by a mutual friend about
five years ago.  He installed a split
mini system in my sunroom that has never worked properly.  It has been down for most of the summer, every
summer, including the first summer.  I
have had to have them out several times each summer.  Unfortunately, his workers are constantly
turning over, so I rarely get the same one twice.  There are have been so many instances where they
have been no call, no show for appointments that I can't count them. About a
month ago they replaced both compressors, and the unit still didn't work.  They then told me it was a bad circuit board,
and we finally set an appointment for them to come replace that.  No show, no call.  When I called the office, Bobby answered. I
did, of course, let him know that I was not happy with that kind of service, so
he refused to service the unit anymore.
On a happier note, I did contact another company recommended
by the supplier with FABULOUS results. 
The company is CK Services, headed up by Chris Kelley.  He got out to my house the same day I called
him. He showed me where a bad installation had caused damage to all the pipes
and components.  Because of all the moisture
and mold, the unit was not repairable. I bit the bullet and bought a new and
better unit (for less than what Bobby charged me initially.  I cannot begin to tell you how great this new
unit is! My sunroom is cooler than ever before and the unit is practically
silent. Lesson learned!

Extremely professional! Very polite. Mr. Cross and his assistant did a great job! They literally had to take the blower apart to clean it, it had been YEARS since it had been serviced. Because of that the job took them a lot longer than they had planned, but the price stayed the same! I plan on having them back annually to service the AC

They just seemed to be very prompt and courteous. They have good people working for them. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

He's very competent. He's put in more than a couple of air conditioners for me. I've been satisfied with all of his work.

We had gotten three estimates on replacing our downstairs furnace and AC. We ended up going with Cross because price (was able to get the tax credit) and relationship. They go out of their way to help you. They cleaned up the job beautifully. The workers were courteous and let us know what they were doing. Mr. Cross himself came out and talked with me to go over the estimate. He stopped in and talked with us during the install as well. We are replacing the upstairs furnace and AC at the end of January. We will be dealing with Cross Heating and Air. If we can swing it we will be having them replace our water heater as well.

They were very helpful in a number of ways and made sure we were clued in on every aspect of this job. The unit was the right size for our needs and they pointed out to us its functions. This wasn t drawn out in anyway and the air conditioner worked the minute they were finished. They had a very good and respectful crew that we didn t mind having around at all.
