Country Boyz Heating & A/C

I can't say enough good things about Cody and the men he sent to my house from Country Boyz Heating and Cooling. Wayne, my service tech worked tirelessly for 5 hours to get my A/C running. I could not ask for better service or nicer people.

The initial installation process started as scheduled bright and early on a Saturday morning. The remainder (the crossing ts and dotting is type of work) was to be completed by Monday; however, when I pulled into my driveway after working all day the service person was at my car door, not to open it for me, but to ask me if it was alright for them to come back tomorrow to finish up as they just received an emergency call. I didn't feel i had a choice but to say yes. I can't be certain whether or not they came back.

Horrible. We paid 45 dollars for a diagnostic. The tech who performed the evaluation of our system initially recommended the replacement of coolant. He then went to his service vehicle and called another tech from Country Boyz who had completed a job at a nearby home. After an hour outside our home both techs re-entered the home and gave a different diagnosis. My unit no longer needed simply coolant to run properly, it now needed coils costing over 3000 dollars. The mere 5 year old system was suddenly rusted out and in disrepair. As we discussed the problem the new tech who entered our home started engaging in discussing racist politics which I found unprofessional and offensive. This led me to refuse to do business with Country Boyz that day and I advised that I would get a 2nd opinion before moving forward with repairs. As they left I noticed Country Boyz outside my home tinkering with my unit. After they left my air conditioner stopped working. It wasn't until another HVAC tech arrived at my home that I was advised that the connector which made the outside unit run had been disconnected. Country Boyz is an unprofessional and unscrupulous company that damaged my air conditioner. I believe they thought making my home uncomfortable would force me to do business with them rather than seek out other opinions. As such, I am considering all legal options against the organization.

Although they found a small leak and I had to have repair done to my AC unit, everything was perfect. Cody and company were honest and thorough. They worked with me to complete repairs at an affordable price. In the past, Country Boyz has done my regular check-ups. I let the last one go longer but they were able to respond anyway. I would actually be comfortable letting them check things when I'm not home. This company really cares about their customers. Nice to find honest and reliable people in today's world!

Country Boyz was the lowest of three bids, they were punctual and we've had no problems for three years since they completed the work. I just called them for a routine inspection, and to repair some "squirrel damage" to the insulation lines on one of the units, and they scheduled a convenient time two days from my call...exceptional customer service!

I called on a Wednesday to request Country Boyz send someone out to give us an estimate on replacing our heat pump system. They were able to send someone the very next day. The guys that came out were extremely professional and honest. They gave us a very reasonable quote and advised us on whether or not it was possible/necessary to upgrade a half a ton to fix some cooling issues upstairs. They were not pushy at all and simply gave us the information we needed to be able to make our decision, and then stood back and let us decide. This was much appreciated! Once we decided we were ready to purchase the system, we called them on a Friday evening (fully expecting to have to leave a message), but got someone immediately. She booked our appointment for the upcoming Tuesday to have our system replaced. On Tuesday morning, it was pouring down rain so we fully expected a reschedule so the installers didn't have to work in the rain. Our installers called 30 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment and wanted to reschedule for the next day. However, their reasoning was so that they wouldn't get our house muddy. I really appreciated this customer focused response, and had no problem rescheduling. The installers came the next day on time (they were even a little early and called to confirm this was okay). They installed our unit and kept us updated throughout the process. I have dealt with many other companies and have never experienced the immediate peace of mind that we were making a good decision with a trustworthy company that the Country Boyz staff provided us. They left our house as clean as it was when they arrived and took all of the trash and other detritus with them. We will definitely use Country Boyz again.

Everyone else wanted at least $5,000 to do the work.  They made sure they put the booties on their shoes before they came in. They went above and beyond by coming out on a Sunday.  They were honest, straight to the point, and I didn't have any troubles with them.  They cleaned up great after themselves.  They hauled off all the trash with them as well.  They are just great people and do a great job.
