Good quality work.

Our sink and dishwasher started backing up on Wed. afternoon. We called All Points and they were here at 10:00 am the next morning. They checked everything out with the pipes inside and outside and cleaned them out and removed the clog. They also installed a clean out for that particular length of pipe in our basement. We live in an older home with old plumbing and have used All Points many times. They are always honest, professional, punctual, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service ! Shawn gave me an estimate the day before; he and a helper arrived for work on time and completed the job within a couple of hours. Everything works great. Final price was same as estimate. I would call him for future work.

They showed up when they said they would, and even called beforehand to affirm that they were coming. They were really professional, friendly, and helpful. They had to come back for a couple of things, and were again on time, called ahead, and were just really impressive.

He came out for free to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate which is completely accurate. I am going to have him fix some other problems and he even tried to fix those for free with a simple fix. He just really was very thorough and knew about the era my house was built in and plumbing and told me a lot about it. He crawled up into the crawl space to look at something for a problem he hasn't even fixed yet and told me how it could be fixed. I'm going to have him do that. It was beyond great service, he's really good and obviously passionate about plumbing. He was pointing out different things and really knew all about the plumbing in my house which was built in the 1930s. I felt it was a very fair price. It did take him about a week. He will be coming back to do some replacement work for me.
