I sold a house that I had on the market, but an inspector for the purchaser found several things that needed to be repaired.
Rocky came, even though it was just a small job, and completed all of the work in a very prompt and professional manner.
The purchaser was totally pleased with the repairs and very happy with purchasing the house.
The things that needed repaired were:
  ? Installing a new set of attic stairs
  ? Adjusting the front door so that it would seal tight and not leak cold air
  ? Repairing a section of flashing that was coming loose
  ? Installing a new vent on the chimney

My son's house was damaged in a tornado when a huge tree fell on the home, rendering it unliveable.  Due to so much damage in the local area my son was having difficulty finding a reliable contractor. A friend recommended Rocky Childress. He said up front that he was busy with other homes but did his best to get to my son's house in a timely manner. In the end it took about 4 months to complete all the work from the time the contract was first completed. His company was very responsive to questions, concerns, etc. and made every effort to provide a quality job. They assisted in working through glitches with the insurance company and that made the process lots easier.   He even did preventive mold treatment even though that was not in the insurance agreement and had someone come and do a thorough cleaning when all the work was finished.   All in all, given the circumstances, this was a very positive experience.

They did an oustanding job.  They are on top of things and his crew is always professional and courteous.  Rocky tries to make sure there is good understand of the finances beforehand.  If there is something wrong he stands behind his work.

I had a very good experience working with him. He is good with both large and small jobs. He is always on time and gets the job done promptly.
