Sales person prompt, professional, extremely patient--came out more than once to answer questions. Work done as promised, on time. Two places looked wrong--salesperson agreed, but asked me to wait until the sun had had a chance to seal the roof. (Reasonable request) When the sun did NOT fix the problem, the repair was made, promptly. Only 2 small problems: when they came back to fix the 2 places, they made a bit of a mess (They only had to renail/replace two shingles--why did they leave a shingle in the yard, and why did they knock the gutter drains off my porch and not put them back when they were done?) It was difficult to get the promised warranty letter and the lien paper from them. Took multiple calls. Seemed like I was no longer important now that the job was done.
