With more and more electronic devices and services (multiple computers, pool, new furnace) being added to the house we knew we needed an electrical capacity upgrade (200 -and gt; 400 amps).
Meridianville Electric gave us a dollar and time estimate, as the house would be powerless while the work was being done. After our deferring the date for the work several times we contacted them and gave them the go-ahead. They quickly scheduled and let us know what we had to do in terms of contacting the electric company.
The electrical work was done well, and nicely cleaned up.
However, a hole had to be cut through the vinyl siding into the attic to raise the utility line to the house. The first attempt was misplaced. This would have been forgivable as an honest mistake if they had then fixed the hole. They didn't.
Second, a brick in the wall needed to be removed to rerun a conduit, as the previous hole for this purpose wouldn't accommodate the new box. No effort was made to repair the old hole, and when questioned about it the response was a suggestion to hire a mason.

9/15/10 -I was put in touch with Meridianville Electric by my homeowner warranty company. They arrived exactly when they said they would. The electrician was very knowledgable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and the exact cause for my problem. GFI plugs were replaced and the electrician left the area clean. I had some concerns for the old wiring in my home and the electrician gave me good information to make a decision on future needs. I will definitely have Meridianville Electric come back and make the electrical wiring additions I requested.

09/23/10 - Update: I called them back they did my new wiring job in under 2 hours, they cleaned up and I am thrilled with my new outlets. I will call them again when it is time for my next project.

10/25/11 - Update: I have called them again to install an outdoor plug on my house...I am awaiting their arrival and cant wait to have electricity outside.

10/30/11 - Update: They arrived today and installed my new exterior outlet. Great job, they crawled under the house, drilled through the brick ,ran wires, attached an outlet box on the house exactly where I wanted it. I am very pleased with their work !
