I met John the owner of integrity landscape when I delivered sod to job he was doing. I told him about my mom needing landscape work done on her yard. She had English Ivey in her front yard that had died due to someone spraying the wrong chemical on it. I ask John if he would be interested in doing the work he said yes. I met him later date to meet my mom and give estimate of job. He gave price 6 thousand dollars to plant English Ivey. Mom agreed to the price. Later on I found out John went to my moms house told her he needed check for about half the amount to start the job. he never said anything to me or my mom about needing money upfront. Mom gave him a check for half the amount. I called John ask him why he went to mom for money upfront. he said he needed it to buy material etc. i let it go there with out anymore questions because i felt like if i pushed it he would keep what money he got and not do the job. As little more time went by he called said he could not get English Ivey and he talked mom into planting monkey grass instead. he told her it would make great ground cover and keep her yard from washing away. She agrees to this. When he finally started the job about mid July he planted most of the monkey grass in the dirt with out doing any dirt prep work he did bring in some dirt put at and of the yard and put net over it planted monkey grass there. after few days of work he said the job is finish. Mom did not like the work done and him. He took somewhat of hostile attitude told mom your talking about my reputation. she went ahead and paid him to get rid of him. My mom 83 years old and he took advantage of her and bully her in dealing with her. I found out later i could have gotten English Ivey from other places. He charged mom the full 6k even though he bought much cheaper monkey grass. AS of today everything John planted has died and the ground is still washing away. I watered the new grass all summer trying keep it alive but it died anyway. I'm sure the grass died because dirt work was not done. I would not recommend Integrity Landscape at all.

The man had a bad attitude and didn't do a good job.

Did an excellent job at a very good price.

The owner first showed up with no note pad to take notes of what all we wanted done, therefore when we got the quote and work done not everything we asked for was included... so the price continued to creep up. We asked for one flower bed to be shrunk down in size. They took our stone we already had and we had to request they bring that stone back and of course if we wanted the stone lined up this was going to cost more money. My largest issue was we had 5 arborvitaes planted and within two weeks, 3 of the 5 were completely dead. We paid $160 per tree. Also another tree was planted sideways (they couldn?t even plant trees straight up and down. The owner informed me that he did not take out a warranty with the nursery he bought the trees from and though he would replace the trees, we would have to pay another $160 per tree. We have a sprinkler system so the trees were getting plenty of water. We ended up going to Home Depot and replacing all 5 of the trees because the two that did survive looked pathetic compared to the Home Depot ones that cost $40 per tree. Overall, just know you will have to chase the owner down to get any lingering items he did not do completed and that if he plants anything for you and it dies you are out money.

They showed up exactly when they said they would and exceeded expectations on a very difficult landscape. The entire team is professional and the quality of their work was excellent.

John and his team showed up right on time and were very very professional. They immediately got started after John and I discussed price (which was an excellent price for what they had to do). The team not only got all the leaves out of my yard but they also cleaned my gutters. I will always use them in the future. I don't think I have ever been associated with a better group of guys.

The work was done well using the most sophisticated equipment for the job.  There were two additional workers, and the work was done in less than 2 hours.  They also repaired a broken awning for me, which was not part of the work order.

They did a great job. I got a quick callback, quote and the job was done in the same week. The only knock I had was they pulled up one of my plants and broke part of a fence around a garden area.

John Waite arrived at the expected time, coordinated with me and we agreed on the price and job scope. He went right to work. He had all the equipment he needed, high quality equipment in good working order and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Job was done excellently.

I found the owner to be very dependable and hard working. Every time he said he and his crew would be there they were there. If he ran late he called to let me know. He answered his calls quickly and had a lot of patience in going over all the work details involved in this major project. He made sure that each step of the work was done to my satisfaction and corrected anything I wasn't pleased with. His right hand man Alejandro was very skilled and either he or the owner were always on the property making sure things went well. I plan on using him again anytime I need any work done at all. He also guaranteed that anywhere I had weeds come up where they laid the weed cloth at no cost for a year he would come and take care of that as well as install new plants for a year if any of the ones he planted died. I feel that was going above and beyond excellent customer service. It took a while to select the right landscaper for this big job, but I feel picking Integrity landscapers was the best decision I could have made for this job.

Answered original phone call. Showed up on time. Answered questions courteously and truthfully.

They gave us the best price out of everyone we asked. They are easy to work with and they do a really great job. They just did exactly what we asked them to do.
