Chris Tree Service

I called Chris and he gave me a very reasonable quote to cut down 3 trees, grind the stumps, and to trim another tree. He was punctual for the estimate appointment. He said he could get to the work the following week and did so as promised. His crew even stacked the wood that was suitable for firewood for me. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job despite the bucket truck deciding it didn't want to work that day. He completed all the work in under a business day. The pecan tree was located in a backyard and was very difficult to get to, but Chris made it happen. I will use him again.

I have a few neighbors who have used Chris Tree Service and loved him. I decide to use him and he was so disrespectful to me. He was very rude and dismissive. When he was supposed to be working in my yard, he was talking to the guy next door. I asked him to remove the wood chips and he said no, we don't do that. It had gotten to be late in the day so we agreed he would come back the next weekend and raise the skirt on my tree, he has never come back to fix that. My other neighbor called him to cut down her trees and he has put her off 3 times. I do not recommend this company.

Chris and his crew arrived on the day they promised. They worked all day Friday and Saturday.
The crew cut down the trees in a very efficient and safe manner. Nothing in the yard was harmed as they made sure all of the limbs were directed away from the carport and roof lines. They cut down the trees and cut all the limbs into manageable pieces for firewood and because we did not want the wood, Chris had arranged for several people to arrive with trucks to haul it away. The stumps were ground and they left the piles of mulched up stump so that we could use it in the flower beds.
The crew worked very hard and they were extremely polite and courteous.
I will hire Chris again for any tree cutting needs we encounter in the future.

Chis is a class act. He did exactly what he agreed to do for the price he agreed to do it for. Some of the trees they cut were difficult because they were large and near the house and deck. His tree climber is awesome. None of the trees, their limbs, etc. hit anything but the ground. I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else.

Chris and his crew were right on time and were nice and neat. They clean up and raked up all the area from the tree. They chipped it up and then ground the stump up for us. We have a great clear area not. We are so glad we had it taken down by Chris it was so rotted out. They are hard working people and they do a every good job. Would rehire them with no problem.

Chris was calm and very professional. His crew stayed the entire day. They hauled away all the debris and even raked the whole yard. He even removed tree limbs that could be used for firewood. He spread all the mulch out to make it look nice around the trees. Chris is also very competitive and will work with the pricing. He was awesome.

They did a fine job. I spoke to four tree service guys, and Chris's
estimate was the lowest. He and his workers arrived on time, did the
job exactly like he said they would, and cleaned up exactly as he said
they would. I stressed how important it was to me that they not harm
any of my ornamental shrubs or stacked stone walls while dropping or
hauling the branches, and they did no damage at all. In fact, they were the most careful yard workers I've ever had. They did a great job at a very fair price.

This is the second time we used Mr. Congo's services. First time was approximately 5 years ago. He cut down 2 large elms that were damaged during a storm, and removed both stumps. His fee was much lower than others we had consulted. We contacted him again in March to remove the stump of a 30ft cypress that fell during another storm. The tree bordered our neighbors property on the driveway side. After removing the stump he raked and swept the area around the driveway. He is very professional, courteous, and efficient. I will definitely continue to do business with him!

Chris and his team arrived as scheduled, cut down and removed the trees, ground down the stumps, and cleaned everything up before they left. They were careful to not damage my irrigation system or any other part of the yard.
