Skylight Service, Roofing + 1 more
Contractor did not complete trim finish on skylights; some damage to home; dormer areas left undone. Follow up with contractor to complete work was unsuccessful. Very aggressive when demanding payment and equally rude when attempting to follow up on uncompleted work. Crew was behaved but did not take care to prevent damage to gutter helmet (leaf protection attached to gutters). Contractor requested to use ladder stand offs. Overall the encounter was irritating and unpleasant. The bid for the work was competitive with other bids but the work left undone and the failed attempts to get the work completed undercuts the cost competitiveness of the bid. Brian is a rude person so expect this type of behavior if you contract with him.
