Insurance Agencies
The agency at this location changes hands repeatedly - they have had three or four different owners there in the past five years. I have called during normal business hours to ask questions on auto policies, or to report damages, and sometimes the current owner does not even answer the phone. When they do answer, sometimes it is a very hostile and unhelpful female that acts like you are annoying her by calling to ask about your policy.
The insurance premiums themselves are average, at best.
If you want an agent that genuinely cares about the services they are providing you, this is not the agency for you.
The only reason I have not changed agencies yet is because I have not set time aside to do so.
