I have my termite bond with White's and when I found active termites in a window sill I called them immediately. They came out the next day even though it was the weekend. Jeff treated for the termites and replaced the window sill and baseboard which had been damaged. He painted everything and even touched up the paint on my wall. He was professional and polite and I felt comfortable with him being in my home. I can't remember now how much I paid originally to have the termite bond put on the house but my renewal fee was $125. I didn't owe any additional money at the time of the services.
