He left screws off panel and panel blew off, When I called him he said there would be a charge because he always out all the screws back in. He's the only person that has ever worked on my AC (5 times). I built this home in 2004. He has made about $5000 off me {$800 this time}and his business is close by. i will never use him again.

I have used Olan for years.  He does good work.  He is responsive and comes when he says he will.  He is professional and gets the job done.  My wife is comfortable with him in the house and trusts him.  His prices are fair and reasonable.

I have used him several times and he is awesome.  His prices are medium; it wouldn't matter because it is worth it.  He is absolutely trustworthy and he is independent so I would absolutely recommend him.  I just never had a problem.

This visit went the way it always goes with Olan -- I call him up -- we agree on a day/time -- he and his team arrive on time -- they either fix the problem on the spot (if it's small like a leaking pipe) or provide a quote and set a time for a future visit if it's a larger job like replacing the entire heating plant and duct work.

I've been extremely happy with every job Olan has done for me. The work is first rate and the pricing is competitive (for the one big job I needed doing -- replacing the entire plant and duct work -- I got multiple quotes and Olan was significantly lower for the same size and type of unit). I also like the fact that they clear up after themselves and don't leave a mess behind.

I'd also like to say that I have no affiliation to Olan at all -- apart from being his customer. I joined Angie's List to find a plumber (I was getting a lot of different folks to come round on the day I was working from home) and while I was here I looked around and realized that Olan's company wasn't on the list so I thought I 'd add him. I now recommend Olan's company to any of my friends who need any sort of Heating and A/C work.
