Mr. Daniels and an assistant arrived promptly and proceeded to move all of the furniture out of our large bonus room, including a sofa and loveseat. They stretched the carpet, waited for me to vacuum, then put all the furniture back where it had been.

Provided an estimate for upgrade several assister living items, step carpeting, extra 2 sicded stairway rails.
Also and estimate for a walk in sit shower bath tub.

We've used them twice. One was finished today. The other time was about last September. Overall, they were very good. Their price was pretty good.

From the first contact for a quote to completion of the job, we were extremely please. We called Madison Flooring on a Wed and requested a Saturday visit. We were quote $100 to $110 for the service. The team arrived promptly on Saturday and began working immediately. They completed the job in 90 minutes and were on there way. We were completely satisfied and would use them again.

We had wall-to-wall carpet put in two years ago but our cat scratched up the thresholds of several rooms. Luckily we had saved the remnants and called Madison Flooring Company. He made a quick estimate over the phone and showed up the next day. He used a tiny fraction of the remnants we had saved to quickly patch up the thresholds. The carpets look good as new, the work was done quickly, and the low price was exactly as much as estimated. We felt like had hit the lottery.

They were wonderful. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did good work and I am very pleased. They were very prompt in returning my phone call. They were good. They schedule the time to come out and they came on a Saturday which worked very well for me. Then we arranged a time for them to come and do the work and they showed up when they were supposed to and they did it.

Great! Steve first determined if the carpet needed to be repaired or replaced, then determined if we needed new padding. He gave us estimate for required services. Advised where to purchase carpet. Steve and Co. were professional. Exceeded expectations. We set an approximate date and time for installation due to arrival of new carpet. They picked up new carpet and began work in the morning, they completed ahead of time. Great people, saved us money, we would highly recommend them!

Madison Flooring came out to the house a week prior to appointment to give estimate. Very reasonably priced and very professional. Arrived on time the day of appointment and completed work in about two and a half hours. We had a very large wrinkle in the MBR carpet and we thought the wrinkle would not come out all the way, however they were able to stretch the carpet to remove the whole wrinkle. You would never know there was a wrinkle now.

They did a really good job. I really appreciated and liked what they did. They brought people over and got the work done within my timeframe. They did everything they said they would do in a timely fashion. They communicate what you need well and ask questions.

They came ahead of time to assess the carpet and gave estimate. They arrived on time on the date they gave and did a great job removing all the wrinkles in the carpet (and there were quite a few) in the house we had purchased.

There was no big story to tell. We picked out materials, scheduled services and the job was completed. It was done on time and we'll use them again in the future. The only reason I rated it a B was it was ok but nothing blew my socks off about the experience. We had the lady come for a quote but when we went to check on it, she wasn't there and the man behind the counter couldn't help us so we had to come back. Then, there was another time when we went to pay the downpayment and schedule it and the woman who assisted us was there but having lunch in her car, so we had to come back later in the day when she was through with her lunch. That part was inconvenient. Anyone behind the desk should have been able to assist us.

They came on a Saturday morning and did their job. They did not disturb us at all. They did a great job. They did four rooms in a few hours.

They were in and out within about an hour and a half. It was a pretty easy job. They always answered our calls. We were pleased with the work. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.
