I started this project sooner then I was planning too, he worked with me on the price so that it was hard to wait. Very please on the steps he put in for us

He pressured washed my house and my deck, he repaired and resealed my deck and he did some very difficult repair work on the uprights of the deck. He also did drywall repair inside the house, and painted it, and installed a light fixture for me. He did a very good job, good cleanup, good work, easy to work with and very reasonable.

Mr. Cabral exhibited total professionalism and knowledge of the jobs I requested. He explained every aspect of the work I wanted, and then showed me every detail of issues that arose during the process. He was very honest and upfront with me on what expenses that I would incur for additional upgrades/repair in the future on my home. Totally a a '"First Rate" service.

Did a great job very timely and thorough!

Mr. Cabral is a nice person and a hard worker, but he does not have the skills he claims. The quality of work is so poor I am going to have to hire someone else to redo some of the work he did. He failed to properly cut boards, left a significant gap between the bottom stair and the ground leaving a floating stair, failed to secure boards on steps, failed to remove debris, used shims to try and level stairs, failed to properly build and install stairs, and more. I identified several mistakes and asked him to correct them. He attempted some of them. I am completely dissatisfied with his work and do not have faith that he could get it right with more attempts. I trusted Angi?s List and now I will have to pay someone else and purchase more wood because I hired the wrong person the first time.
