+ -1 moreWhen we called Anthony Jackson to ask him to come out to give us an estimate on the work we needed done, he responded immediately and very quickly wrote an estimate for the specific units we would need and he included labor costs to install those units as well as time to move the duct work in the attic. The time of our first call to the completion of the job was somewhere between 36 and 48 hours. He had one unit installed and running before going home that night (about 9 pm) just so we could be comfortable through the night. Everything else was completed the following day. Anthony is a very kind and personable man and he is a pleasure to be around. He and his assistant were prompt, professional, friendly, clean and a complete pleasure to work with. Any time we EVER need HVAC services, it will be Anthony Jackson that we call first, and we can recommend him without hesitation to anyone else who needs HVAC services.
Description of Work: We have 2 heat pumps and when the weather got warm enough to turn them on, we did. One didn't work at all and the other didn't work well. Previously, we had decided that we needed duct work in the attic moved to make more space, so we began looking for someone who could replace both units and also who could move duct work. We got an estimate from another HVAC provider in the area that was too expensive, so we began looking for someone else. We are new to the area, so a new friend referred us to Anthony Jackson at J HVAC. We are so thankful for that referral!
