4 days before closing, I asked Mr. Gowen to reinspect the house, mainly to see if the requested repairs had been done by the seller. Most everything had been repaired, except for the GFCI outlet which I asked my realtor get it done before closing.
Since this is my first home, Mr. Gowen has been very nice to answer my questions via email and a phone call after closing on a couple of things. I also have to say that my realtor was not particularly happy with my decision to choose my own home inspector after he gave me a list of his picks because of the fact that Mr. Gowen was so thorough.
Should I ever buy a home again, I will call Mr. Gowen.
