Overall, I enjoyed working with Tyson. He has a degree from Mississippi State and seemed quite competent in lawn and shrubbery maintenance. He also has a good idea for landscape for design. A+ for competency and expertise.

We communicated in late April and he said it would be a month before he could come out. I emailed him a few times in May and he slid the estimated start a week or so into the first week of June, but that wasn't a problem at all.I was surprised when he showed up in my yard one weekday morning to get started. He never called or emailed to say exactly when he would be there to work. Luckily I was able to take the day off. B on communicating when they would get started.
He and his 3 workers all worked tirelessly for 8+ hours that day digging thedrains by hand and grading soil under my low deck. There is only 2 feet of crawl space under my 20 x 20 wooden deck, but they crawled under all day moving soil and getting it graded to slope towards the french drain. A+ for how hard they all worked.

They did a superb job on the french drain and I no longer have any standing water in the backyard. There's not as much graded soil as I was hoping under the deck, but it has drained well so far. A+ on solving the drainage issues.

The flagstone landing looks great, but they put a bed of sand on top of large river stone without putting paver gravel in-between. As a result, sand washed into the large stone and the pavers all shifted and sunk down in places. I had to re level the pavers myself. Also, the gapping between the pavers left for grass is inconsistent. There are some gaps you could fit your hand in, but some where the rocks are touching. It would look much better with a more consistent, thicker gap with the grass growing through. It looks good, but I'd only give them a B on the paver install.
What I was most bothered by was this: While Tyson and his team were working on putting the downspouts underground, we noticed that there were still some low spots that could benefit from additional corregated piping and rock (french drain) instead of straight piping. He suggested that we use the materials he already had on site to put about 6-8 feet of additional french drain. He never told me it would be an additional cost or what that cost would be. When it came time to pay, my bill was about $150 more than I expected. I understood the addition but I didn't appreciate the lack of communication and agreement. D for adding cost without communicating.
Overall, I'd do business with them again. They solved the biggest problem I had in my yard and made it much more enjoyable to be in. You just have to have a clear agreement on the job being done (including details) and the costs involved. A- overall.

Have had multiple services performed and was extremely satisfied with yard maintenance, tree removal after a tornado. Also cleaned my gutters after a messy roof replacement left nail and shingle pieces clogging gutters. They worked for hours without charging me extra. My yard is always well groomed

Their prices were always good. They did a great job. That's why I kept calling them back. They were very professional. They came and I asked them what they could do for $700 and they explained me what they could do; this was all I had to work with. The price was always good. He tells you a price and he quotes you the same and explains you what he could do for you. I waited to call them on the day the weather was good and they came, because it was supposed to rain in the afternoon; so they came early so that they could squeeze in before it rained. They were always punctual; little early for me but they always told me when they were coming. I would use them in the future.
