Carter Pool Repair - CPR

Great guy, very knowledgeable and honest.

I called Willis Carter Tuesday morning and he had my repair done that evening. He was very easy to work with and if I have problems with my pool, he will be the one I call. His service was priced fair and his work was excellent. He repaired a busted PVC return from my pump.I HIGHLY recommend Carter Pool Repair.

Willis Carter was knowledgeable and confident in repairing my pool salt system. He was kind and patient in explaining what he did and what I needed to do to maintain my pool.

CPR did an outstanding job. Work performed was exceptional by an experienced technician.

I was told on March 5 (initial visit) that when I hired Willis Carter Pools my pool would be clean no later than mid - April. After 4 months (Mid June) my pool was still green. When I questioned his lack of progress, I was told I should not expect overnight results and that he (verbatim) is not married to my pool. During those months I educated myself on pool care and problem solutions. I successfully completed the job myself In 3 days.. When I sent photos and asked why he could not have already done what I did he accused me of being rude . He then charged me for vacuuming my pool to waste in the earlier months 3 times instead of 2 that he actually did. I worked very hard brushing the walls myself. I asked to see my bill for the first 2 months but never received one.(My mistake) Instead he waited for months having not finished the job and sent me what I feel was a spitefully inflated one. I am not suggesting others not hire him. But I do want to share with others my personal experience..

Mr. Carter did exactly what I needed him to do. He did not try to sell me anything fancy and was honest and up front with me. I will definitely be using him again!

Very knowledgeable and explained everything to us thoroughly. As 1st time pool owners, he has been a wonderful resource. Honest Fair and Reliable. We will be repeat customers.

I never thought I would enjoy having a repair done, but Scott and his wife were great. Knowledgeable and took time to explain everything about what was being done and why. Even cut up and joked around....like having friends over. I can't thank them enough for helping me out and coming the same day I contacted them. I would highly recommend CPR for all pool needs.

Good experience

CPR is a business with integrity. I was given a quote for the work, once they began something came up however they stuck to the quote and did not charge me more. Also, CPR took the time to explain everything so that I knew what was happening.

He was on time, very professional, and helped me trouble shoot issues with the pool pump. He explained everything he did to make sure I understood and would be able to maintain the pool in the future. He demonstrated a pool vacuum which cleaned my pool very quickly. By the time he left the pool looked beautiful!

What a very respectable gentleman the owner is, his work was awesome and he was very conscientious and cleaned up after himself. He fixed a problem caused by another Contractor and Kept me informed of what he was doing and possible pitfalls because of previous mistakes made.
