BURNS & HARVELL RENOVATIONS

Burns and Harvell Renovations were recommended to us by a trusted neighbor. He described them as true professionals, honest, dependable and knowledgeable. When they came to listen to what we wanted accomplished, they actually listened - not only to what we said, but how we said it. They said they would provide us with an estimate within three days... and did so! They went over their estimate in great detail, explaning how each individual facet of the estimate was reached, what all was involved in each part of the work, how each part of the job would flow with the other parts, and what the time line would be for the entire job. For each and every part, either John or Tony, or in most instances, both were here to ensure the work being done met their high standards and that we were satisfied. They always ensured that we had advance notice about what was going to take place next, and who would be involved. They always checked that the sub-contractors did the end-of-the-day cleanup... and that it was done well. John and Tony took our mental pictures and dreams, and totally converted them into reality!
 
Would I use their services again? Absolutely, and with no hesitation! Would I recommend them? Without reservation!!
