We have an odd area with a lot of wall space to cover (vertically and horizontally) and we just couldn't find anything in the store that looked right.

We found Tom on Angie's List and scheduled a meeting at our house. We gave Tom some printouts of what we liked (various things from various pieces) and then described what we were looking for. Tom produced a digital sketch for our proof and made adjustments as needed. Once we settled on the build, he was able to price the work.

Throughout the build process, Tom kept in constant contact. He provided pictures of the progress and gave feedback on things as the project progressed. He worked with us to get a perfect match on our existing trim and paint color.

The installation was a beast. The furniture is about 12 ft wide by 12 ft high. Just getting it into the room was a challenge but Tom and his crew did a magnificent job. The concept was for the entertainment center to be a built-in which means that the trim, color and mounting had to be a certain way. Our walls were not square which caused some issues and they adjusted things on the fly. Tom and crew spent about 6 straight hours working on it and making sure it was perfect. They took care of every detail, specialty trim, caulk, etc.

When my wife saw the final installed furniture, she was beyond excited. It was exactly what she wanted if not better. Could not be happier with the job Tom did.
