He was great. I called that morning and he was able to come out in just a couple of hours. He was very communicative about when he would be here, and he was very friendly. He made sure I didn't overspend on the hardware I had gotten, and gave me very helpful advice about my doors and locks along the way. He went above and beyond -- would definitely recommend!

I took my lock to GLS and he reset the tumblers on my lock. The lock was not able to be set to my master key, so he changed the lock combination to work with my key. He was very thorough making sure that the key worked correctly before finishing. He also advised me on how a master lock system worked and safeguards to use to prevent possible break-ins and employee theft.
