Demonia's Heating and Cooling

First of all - DO NOT USE BILL DEMONIA!! It was a costly disaster!! They installed the unit in one day and everything seemed OK. It didn't seem to cool our upstairs as well as I expected but I wrote it off to the fact that heat rises. About a year or two later, the unit quit cooling. They had included a service warranty so we called them. After approximately 7 service calls, the unit still wasn't cooling. We then gave up on them and called another company that services Rheem. They went up in the attic (which I had never done due to the tight fit) and said it looked like a nightmare up there. They took pictures and showed us. There was trash everywhere, one duct wasn't connected completely so we were cooling and heating the attic! They didn't remove the old coils. They didn't replace the lines from the outside portion of the unit to the upstairs portion even though we upped the size of the unit, so the lines were undersized. The new guys did some quick fixes to last us for a while then we paid them $2,000 to basically tear out the unit and reinstall it. The new guys were honest and efficient. Our unit heats and cools perfectly now. Again, do not use Demonia Heating and Cooling. Use anyone but them.
