Very responsive, prompt, and professional.  Called Monday AM and they arrived on schedule Monday afternoon.  Had the part in the truck and problem was immediately fixed for reasonable price.  When similar problem cropped up 2 weeks later, they came out immediately and determined that it was different but related problem and fixed it for free as part of service warranty.  Will definitely call again when we have an appliance service need.

Kind of embarrassing -- I've had my washer for several years and never had a problem with it. Since I'd been using it a LOT in the past few months, when it quit working I assumed that a part had worn out or malfunctioned from over-use. After just a few minutes, the repairman saw my problem: I had accidentally pressed the "8-hour delay" button on the machine and did not notice it.

I would most definitely use this company again. My dryer is working like a charm!

They did a good job, were easy to work with and get scheduled. I would recommend them.

We got their name from Angie's list. They were prompt. They found the problem (bad motor seal). They ordered the motor for us and installed on a later date. Very nice and they did not make a mess. The dishwasher is working perfectly now.

I was pleased that they worked me in that day, as I was leaving town for a week and was concerned the freezer might go out while I was gone. Very professional; I was pleased by their 30 day guarantee on service call

I was pleased with the work they done and they were fast to get here. I like everything they done. They were very informative and they do good work but they are very helpful. They were very courteous and polite.
