Leroy was a very pleasant gentleman to work with. We had to communicate with him several times during our house construction and meet with him at least once on the job site as he gave us quotes on windows, doors, and more. HIs window quote for Pella aluminum clad windows ended up being better than a local hardware store, and his company had a better return policy as well as much better service and responsiveness. He was patient with our indecisiveness as we wanted to find specific colors that we couldn't get with the vinyl windows and so had to go with wooden interior that could be painted and aluminum exterior. The windows look beautiful in our new home! They are also high quality windows that are air tight. Russell Building Supply also supplied the doors for our new home and again they were able to get us a nice and healthy door (made of wheat fiber and straw, I believe) at a good price. They found a superb wooden arched front door and a cool cedar beam for the fireplace mantel that we are very pleased with!
