Installation went well. Training the dog not well. Dog got spooked by the fence then owner and trainer stopped returning my calls. Just dropped out of sight. Very poor not professional, expected better customer support. Would never recommend this company.

I called DogWatch today and within a few hours, Chad was here and fixed our fence.

They are prompt and they show up whenever you need them to come. They are nice and they have guarantees on the dog collars-- if they break they will replace them.

Service was wonderful. Very prompt and professional. Always returned my calls within 10 minutes. Walked me thru all of the processes (many times) making the system very effective. They took the time to answer all of my questions and I had many. They were very patient and never rushed me. Put me at total ease with the concept and my fear of hurting the dogs. They came out every other day and did dog training until the dogs were trained. On the odd days I trained. After one week the dogs are fully trained and we have no problems. I also bought the system that is installed within your home and you are able to block off any area or room in your home which you want to prevent the dogs from entering. I am so glad I selected this company to work with.

A very happy experience. Prompt and professional service. Thought the price was reasonable, especially for the amount of land surrounded. The equipment seems to be up to date and well made. One of our dogs actually fell through the ice on our pool while wearing the collar, dog and correction collar survived the icy swim with no ill effects. The trainer was professional and good with my dogs. The dogs have tested but not breeched their boundary since the first few days post installation. Money well spent.

Actually quite excellent. Made commitments (schedule, cost) and kept them as promised. Showed up for training when scheduled, and provided professional services. Responded to subsequent questions. When I required repair services they were very responsive.
