Richard and his team showed up when they said they would and stayed with it until it was finished 3.5 days later. He ran into a lot of problems with tree roots but he was able to clear them so he could do the job right. He did not charge any extra even though he had to spend at least 8 man hours clearing them. When finished, he leveled the land form where all the trucks and equipment had made ruts. His finish job was excellent. Kudos to him and especially to his team. They worked together smoothly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would ask me. I am planning on having him back to do my driveway sometime in the future.

Richard helped me replace a failed paver walkway and control a problem with runoff.  He did a great job and even helped me remove the old pavers.  He did a great job and for a great price.  This was a somewhat tricky job that needed to be done right to control the rain runoff problem.  It really pays to go with a contractor with experience.

GREAT folks, professional, friendly and punctual.

Richard knows his business. He came as soon as he could, because of the heavy rain. The quality of work was great! He really knows his stuff. The clean up could have been a little better. I don't know if that was the norm, I know my job turned into a much bigger job. He was very accommodating and adjusted to what I wanted.

It went great. They came within a week of me calling and did exactly what we wanted. Moved the forms several times until we got the look we wanted.

We added some work and all work was completed in good order.  Richard replaced our driveway and installed a trench drain across it to shed water off of the driveway. We added chaseways under the driveway for future sprinkler or lighting needs. Based on Richard's transit measurements we tore out and replaced two section of concrete sidewalk that intersect the driveway so we could reslope them and direct the water to the trench drain inside of ponding in the yard like it has done for years. We replaced the street apron of the driveway to finally eliminate the city's poor patch job from years ago. We replaced two broken side walk blocks. Richard and his crew know their stuff and I'm more that satisfied with the work they did. I would use them again without reservation.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner and I was very pleased with the final product  Mr. Artz is very good at what he does and obviously takes pride in his workmanship.  The cleanup was excellent and we look forward to working with him again in the future.
