McCullars Heating & Air

I found out about the company from a co-worker who had work done and was friends with the owner. He highly recommended the company so I called the company Monday morning and the owner, Brock McCullars, came out to do an estimate at lunch on the same day. We discussed the problem with my unit and the options I had. Brock was very professional and didn't push the replacement, but explained how much it would cost to repair and that the unit was 19 years old and probably wasn't worth an expensive repair. We decided to do the replacement and he went over the various brands and the cost of each. I chose a Carrier unit and he said he would call later for an install date. He called that evening and said he could come out Wednesday. The crew was courteous  and efficient. They had it installed in about 3 hours. I very highly recommend the company and Brock McCullars was a pleasure to deal with.
