They didn't charge me because I didn't change a 90 day filter 4 days after it was installed. They said that the filter was clogged up which was the problem. They didn't charge a service call. They have done that on two different occasions. They have done work on the thing and replaced motors and elevated the air handler in the attic because it was sitting on crooked rafters.

We have used Guntersville Heating & Cooling for several years. John, their lead technician, has been so very honest and fair. Instead of jumping ahead with advice to sell us a new unit, he said he thought he could nurse ours along and get some more service out of it. He has "nursed it along" now for three years, and it still works just fine. We have complete confidence that when the time comes to put the old unit out to pasture, it will have given us every ounce of use it had! We would not think about using any other HVAC business.
