The employee who performed the work (Michael) kept in touch. He gave an estimated time of arrival and then called before arriving. Upon arrival I briefed him on the problem and some of the things I'd tried (snaking the drain, cleaning the P-trap), and showed him the crawl space drain line beneath the sink. He immediately noticed that the crawl space drain line was sloped in the wrong direction, which was proven to be the root cause of our problem.
He had to re-plumb the drain lines beneath our kitchen sink, clean out the sink drain line in the crawl space, and reverse the slope of the crawl space drain line. He took the simplest, most direct approach on everything he did. He replaced the Rube Goldberg plumbing beneath the kitchen sink with a simple, clean, leak-free design. Our kitchen sinks now drain as quickly as they should.
We live out in the county, so we especially appreciate the efforts to keep in touch so that we could plan our day.

He is very good at what he does and I would highly recommend him. He's very honest and will do what we ask him to, but also offer useful suggestions. He's very responsive and if there's an emergency he will rearrange his schedule to get to us immediately.
