Terrible experience!!! Out HVAC unit died on us in June 2016. We decided to support local business and go with a local contractor. The old unit was inside the house and we wanted to move it outside to better control noise level. My husband made the hole for them in the block/brick wall because he wanted it done right. They took forever to install the unit. We had to constantly call them. They would tell us they were either "on their way" or "would be there first thing tomorrow morning" but then wouldn't. The unit finally was installed after weeks of back and forth. They were also supposed to install a tankless water heater. We had already removed the water tank to make room for the duct work, so we were without hot water for a couple of weeks and without water in the kitchen as we had to cut it until the tankless heater was installed. Good thing it was in Summer... It got old after a while though so my husband and I ended up installing the tankless heater ourselves. Unbelievable!!! Do yourself a favor and do not hire them, ever.
