 + -1 moreTerrible experience!!! Out HVAC unit died on us in June 2016. We decided to support local business and go with a local contractor. The old unit was inside the house and we wanted to move it outside to better control noise level. My husband made the hole for them in the block/brick wall because he wanted it done right. They took forever to install the unit. We had to constantly call them. They would tell us they were either "on their way" or "would be there first thing tomorrow morning" but then wouldn't. The unit finally was installed after weeks of back and forth. They were also supposed to install a tankless water heater. We had already removed the water tank to make room for the duct work, so we were without hot water for a couple of weeks and without water in the kitchen as we had to cut it until the tankless heater was installed. Good thing it was in Summer... It got old after a while though so my husband and I ended up installing the tankless heater ourselves. Unbelievable!!! Do yourself a favor and do not hire them, ever.

Description of Work: Took 10 full days for them to replace one HVAC unit- in the middle of summer when we needed it the most. This did not include any duct work. They only worked about 2 hours per day and never showed until later in the afternoon even when they said they would be back, ""first thing in the morning"". We had to call them every single day to ask where they were and what the plan was. Every day they promised to stay until the job was completed, but they always left only after a couple hours or less of being on the job. Our upstairs was 90 degrees and our children were sleeping downstairs on an air mattress for 10 nights. Once they completed the install, they left the biggest mess and old equipment just tossed to the side. Again, we had to call them to come back to clean up and haul off the old equipment. We should've done it ourselves because they ripped carpeting, and gashed three walls during their ""clean up"". Unfortunately, we financed the new unit so they were paid directly upfront on day one. Otherwise we would have stopped work and called someone else. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an AC/heating company. Oh yeah, and we still Haven't been given any paper work or bill of sale on the new unit so not sure how warranty will work in the future. Will be calling them back but not holding my breath for anything. I will never use them again. NEVER.
