The remodel went reasonably well, with a few delays and minor cost overruns. The new home construction was 6 months late and way, way over cost. Did not properly oversee work crews which lead to delays and additional costs.

"Multiple changes led to the time and cost over run. All changes were approved by the Architect in writing in advance of any work being performed. The changes included but were not limited to. R panel roof changed to Standing Seam. Pre finished hardwood changed to 12" wide reclaimed unfinished pine which then had to be finished on site. Vinyl windows changed to Pella Architectural series. Vaulted ceiling changed to exposed beams. Masonite doors changed to arched knotty pine. It was apparent at our final meeting the Architect had not informed the owner of all change cost until the last minute before the meeting. Superintendent was present through entire construction process every day start to finish. Owner informed me multiple times of her multiple nightmare construction experiences. Any and all delays and cost overruns were related to written and approved changes to the original contract agreement . I fully dispute this poor rating. Beware of this customer."
